UNDERSTAND THE DETAILS

What information might a provider require?

Published criteria describe a provider’s process; they do not establish whether it will approve you.

As one documented example, ICFAL’s home-finance page lists Australian citizenship or permanent residency, age 18 or over, verifiable Australian taxable income and a verifiable Australian residential address, alongside other assessment criteria. These are ICFAL statements, not universal market requirements.

Different transactions may involve different evidence. Ask the specific provider for its current document list and how it uses that information. A low-doc description should not be read as a promise of no evidence or automatic acceptance.

Keep personal documents out of Mizan’s conversation. Before submitting documents elsewhere, verify the organisation, the official channel, the recipient and the relevant privacy notice.

What this does not establish

Meeting published criteria does not establish approval, and Mizan does not assess personal eligibility.
